Position Overview

We seek an experienced Resource Manager to oversee contractors who work on our CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee offshore contractors, ensuring they meet their job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Management: Regularly review and assess the performance of offshore contractors, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the offshore team is adequately staffed and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and the quality of work meets our standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all offshore operations comply with our policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
