
Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist who is passionate about driving innovation and excellence in the industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive customer profiles, develop strategic account plans, and set revenue targets by services line at the account level.
- Navigate accounts to identify business opportunities, build internal consensus, and prioritize key pursuits.
- Anchoring client meetings and pursuing new business opportunities generated with pre-sales, partner units, and external partners.
- Mentor account teams, work closely with delivery leadership to provide developmental feedback and guidance.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
- Hunting & Farming experience with CROs and/or Pharma companies, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in driving large-size proposals and client relationship management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10Mn, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong knowledge of the business environment and norms, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive growth.
- Strong managed services & large deal sales skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions.
- Knowledge of selling concepts, principles & guidelines, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Knowledge of value articulation principles, including client ROI and storyboarding techniques, with a focus on delivering compelling pitches.
- Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge, with a focus on staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and consultative skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering results.
