  • Job Summary:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of global test centers, coordinating schedules and reviewing availability and capacity requirements.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecast.
  • Monitor test center utilization and recommend adjustments or expansions based on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate scheduling across multiple test centers.
  2. Review upcoming availability and capacity requirements to optimize operations.
  3. Collaborate with Workforce Management team to forecast Speaking Examiners' allocation needs.
  4. Monitor test center utilization and make recommendations for adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  5. Manage accurate submission of invoices for test centers.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to manage unforeseen events.
  7. Oversee CCTV monitoring across test centers to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Handle requests from test centers regarding changes in setup or personnel.
  9. Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement.
">Requirements:

A strong organizational skillset, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong focus on compliance.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred. Previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
