Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for export/import documentation, coordination with freight forwarders/airlines, and supervision of shipment/cargo packaging.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in export/import procedures, customs duties, currency exchange rates, and import regulations of India and other countries.
  • They should be well-versed in exports/benefits and promotional schemes, as well as third country movement/high seas sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export/Import Documentation
  • Coordination with Freight Forwarders/Airlines
  • Supervision of Shipment/Cargo Packaging
  • Verification of Checklist, BL/AWB, COO and other requisite documents
  • Coordinating with Destination Agent for delivery to the Customer
  • Third Country Shipment/High Seas Sale activity coordination
  • Sending Post Shipment Documents to the Customer
  • Coordinating with Purchase and Finance Departments for Dispatch Planning
  • Making Cost Comparisons for Customer Enquiries
  • Generating Quotations for Customers

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Export/Import procedures and documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations/SCM/IB or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in export/import and logistics
  • Knowledge of customs duties, currency exchange rates, and import regulations
  • Experience in handling third country movement/high seas sale
