Job Title: Supply Chain Strategist
About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our team and contribute to the development of our supply chain network.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stock replenishment, defining safety stock norms, and maintaining stock levels in assigned areas of the supply chain network.
- Responsibilities will include delivering fill rates (OTIF) at all CFAs across the country, ensuring on-time finished goods delivery of consumer promotions, new launches, and season plans in alignment with demand and supply teams.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining high stock freshness across all CFAs, reducing SLOBs, and coordinating between demand and supply teams to align and ensure stock availability.

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily stock availability and distribution planning for all CFAs.
- Align with Logistics teams on Dispatch schedules and release dispatch plans.
- Ensure high truck utilization for all vehicle movements – Reduce transportation costs.
- Proactively look at current gaps in service levels (Case Fill, Delivery performance, Service Network) and suggest improvement plans.
- Maintain required stock freshness in all CFAs – Highlight SLOB risks and manage liquidation in collaboration with sales & marketing teams.
- Work on action plans to reduce SLOB generation.
- Provide forward requirement visibility to Supply teams to ensure stock availability.
Requirements:
- MBA – Operations/B.E., Field of Study – Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service in Supply.
- 2–4 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Planning & Distribution in FMCG industry.
