This position plays a key role in optimizing material blending and production planning across global operations.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing blend schedules, tracking inventory levels, and evaluating sourcing options to minimize costs while meeting quality standards.

  • Global Blend Planning:

Develop and manage blend schedules for raw materials across global operations. Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Inventory & Production Monitoring:

Track inventory levels and production rates; evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting quality standards.

Build and maintain predictive models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for data analysis and optimization.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field;
  • ~5-8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries;
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency;
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization;
