This highly visible role demands exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure timely project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining project plans, KRAs, and processes through collaborative efforts with architects, designers, tech leads, and other key stakeholders
  2. Effectively communicating technical decisions to non-technical partners
  3. Managing day-to-day progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues as they arise
  4. Conducting regular project reviews according to our established process framework
  5. Serving as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, and resources

Required skills include:

  1. Proven experience in managing the full project management life cycle, particularly in implementing complex IT and business initiatives
  2. In-depth understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to deliver optimal solutions
  3. Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and distill complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical partners
  4. Familiarity with DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards, and related areas
