Job Description:
As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the IT infrastructure roadmap that aligns with business objectives. This includes overseeing end-to-end infrastructure services such as cloud management, virtualization, and system monitoring to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems.

Cloud Virtualization Management
You will lead cloud strategy and operations across public, private, and hybrid environments, managing virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms. Additionally, you will optimize cloud costs and resources while ensuring compliance and security.

Network Data Center Management
In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network architecture, managing data center operations to ensure optimal performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Furthermore, you will guarantee secure and resilient network connectivity across all locations.

End-to-End System Monitoring Lifecycle Management
You will implement comprehensive monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues, manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning, and automate infrastructure processes for improved efficiency and reliability.

Security Operations Compliance
Your responsibilities will include ensuring IT security policies, frameworks, and best practices are implemented and maintained, working closely with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks and enforce compliance standards, and driving incident response and disaster recovery strategies.

Leadership Team Management
As a leader, you will mentor, develop, and lead the infrastructure services team, collaborating with cross-functional teams within services and the wider organization to drive IT innovation and efficiency. You will also work closely with Services COEs and Customer Success to embrace and implement best practices, ensuring global consistency and standardization in service delivery.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in network management, virtualization, and data center operations.
  • Knowledge of IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
