Job Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented process administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage document processing systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Respond promptly to emails from candidates and managers that require immediate attention.
  • Prepare PDFs containing client records, adhering to predefined styles.
  • Format resumes according to predefined styles, sent by account managers for presentation to clients.
  • Upload soft copies of joining documents into various portals after verification.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and networking.
  • Ability to take instructions and work independently.
  • Energetic and confident individual, determined to work towards a vision.
  • Comfortable working regular US hours (8am-5pm EST) or equivalent international time zones.
