Looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team in Business Development. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Initiate demos by prospecting, cold calling & client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline information.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management roles, preferably within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Motivated self-starter with a driven and resilient mindset.
  • Having a Laptop is mandatory.
