Job Overview

This role is focused on cultivating and maintaining effective relationships with clients.

  • Spearhead account management and transaction processing initiatives
  • Deliver product and technical support pertaining to customer transactions, feedback, and requests
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and service standards are upheld
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues in accordance with customer agreements and established processes
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in CRM with a minimum of 2 years exposure to global accounts
