
Strategic Business Development Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive quarterly/annual bookings for our designated solution stack.
As part of our sales team, you will engage with large organizations in specific geos and position our Learning Manager platform.
Some of our most successful sales executives take a consultative approach and establish themselves as trusted advisors for clients.
The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience, a flair for customer presentations, and compelling demonstrations. They must also be confident in discussing our solutions and technology with business users and IT at all levels.
What You Will Do:
Develop a strategic account strategy that drives revenue growth and builds lasting relationships with clients.
Understand your customers' needs and business objectives to drive product revenue and expand new offerings.
Find leads, develop presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales cycle using solution-selling techniques.
Engage C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of our solution offerings.
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet quota objectives.
Convert customer challenges into new opportunities by building and implementing solution scenarios based on customers' needs and Adobe products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback and drive regional revenue opportunities.
Work with GTM teams to leverage existing relationships within targeted accounts.
Stay up-to-date on the competitive positioning of assigned Adobe solutions in the marketplace.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach
Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions and ability to forge good business relationships.
Experience selling learning platforms or content management platforms.
Prior experience selling SAAS platforms end-to-end.
Ability to assess customer relationships and make recommendations for each account.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment with your ecosystem, including Renewal Specialists, CSMs, Solution Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing.
