Fabrication Group Lead Role

The Fabrication Group Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fabrication activities across multiple units.

  • Leadership and Management: Manage a team of fabricators to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and timely project completion by implementing effective strategies and monitoring progress.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement fabrication strategies aligned with production plans and customer requirements through thorough analysis and coordination.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and quality departments for seamless execution of fabrication projects.
  • Process Optimization: Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and ensure audit readiness through regular updates and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with a strong understanding of fabrication processes and techniques.
  • Proven experience in structural, pressure vessel, or equipment fabrication, with a track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, codes, and standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
