**Sales Team Leader – Inside Sales**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and developing strategic relationships with customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Train the team on sales pitches, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Convert inbound leads into orders.
- Negotiate with wholesale dealers for bulk orders.
- Track performance metrics and report sales numbers.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales. Compulsory requirements include strong knowledge and prior experience with agrochemicals and agro-inputs (fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, PGRs, bio-products).
