About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive from South India to expand our agri-inputs (fertilisers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, PGRs, bio-products) market. The role requires building strong relationships with farmers and agro-dealers , driving sales, and achieving regional growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of agrochemical products in the assigned South India territory .
  • Handle direct sales calls with farmers and agro-dealers across India.
  • Convert leads from marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Website).
  • Build long-term relationships with dealers & large farmer groups .
  • Negotiate with wholesale dealers for bulk orders .
  • Achieve monthly sales & collection targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales.
  • Compulsory: Strong knowledge and prior experience with agrochemicals and agro-inputs (fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, PGRs, bio-products).
  • Fluent in regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
  • Proven track record of closing sales and handling negotiations.
  • Target-driven with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
