Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall employee experience across various departments, including schools, colleges, and the Head Office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources and organizational development, with a focus on creating a culture of engagement and inclusivity.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive onboarding programs that cater to the diverse needs of new employees.
  • Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining databases and analytics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
