Electrical Systems Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our manufacturing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including switchyards, generators, automation systems, and other related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and operation of electrical systems, including switchyards, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformers, motors, EOT cranes, battery chargers, UPS, PCC, MCC, plant lighting, and PLC.
  • Responsible for maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical panels, transformers, isolators, and lightning arrestors.
  • Maintenance of soft starters and automation systems, as well as basic operations of PLCs and SCADA.
  • Troubleshooting of AC/DC machines, circuit theory, earthing concepts, control systems, and automation systems.
  • Protection and metering devices and systems, VFD and PLC applications, encoders and feedback sensors, HV, MV, and LV power systems and equipment, electrical generation and distribution systems, and energy calculations and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution with good academic records.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering industries.
