Compliance Oversight Role

\

We are expanding our operations in India and seeking a Senior Manager to lead compliance activities based in Hyderabad.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Coordinate annual statutory audits, preparing audited financial statements, and ensuring timely issuance.\
  • Manage annual tax returns and collaborate with external tax consultants for accurate filing.\
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly GST tax workings and filings.\
  • Coordinate with third-party tax teams on annual transfer pricing studies and ensure timely issuance.\
  • Lead compliance audits initiated by regulatory bodies and work with senior leaders in Finance.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the merger process of two India-based legal entities.\

Personal Attributes:

  • \
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for effective communication across various levels.\
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in mid-sized organizations.\
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, presentation, and project management tools, as well as ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.\
