ITSM Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management (ITSM) solution architect to lead the design and implementation of our ITSM platform.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior engineer, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver applications in a fast-paced agile project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the configuration development and support of the ITSM platform through out-of-the-box FreshService solutions and customization based on business requirements.
  2. Collaborate effectively with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and/or requests.
  3. Cross-functionally work with business stakeholders to gather input for ongoing business needs for configuration implementation and support.
  4. Participate in discussions with Business Analysts and designing Functional Design Documents.
  5. Analyze and understand system deficiencies and recommend solutions to ensure a reliable and reproducible development-production environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory skills include Cherwell ITSM, DataDog, Flexara One, ScienceLogic, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping, SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor, Splunk, Vmware-vrealize-automation - Administration.
  • Good-to-have skills include AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Microsoft SCOM, OpsRamp, PowerBI.
