AI Psychometric Specialist Job OpportunityWe are seeking a talented AI Psychometric Specialist to join our R&D and Consulting department. This role combines the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with psychometric expertise to design, develop, and improve assessment tools for clients worldwide.This specialist will be responsible for designing and integrating AI-driven programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.

Proven ability to produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.
