Generative AI Engineering Specialist

At the forefront of artificial intelligence, we seek an exceptional AI Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This visionary individual will bridge the gap between AI/ML expertise and scalable architecture design, crafting innovative pipelines that harmonize retrieval-augmented generation with optimized workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement AI-Powered Solutions: Harness Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks to drive business growth.
  • Build and Manage Data Ingestion Pipelines: Leverage cloud-native services like Azure Blob Storage to streamline data processing.
  • Develop Agentic AI Systems: Craft triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven innovation.
  • Optimize Model Performance: Apply best practices for hallucination mitigation, ensuring robust and reliable AI solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Translate business problems into actionable AI-driven strategies, driving organizational success.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Generative AI Architectures: Proven experience in designing and implementing RAG, AI search, and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Azure AI Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with Azure Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
  • Prompt Engineering and Orchestration: Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Real-World AI Challenges: Ability to address real-world AI challenges, including hallucination mitigation.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals (dict operations, multithreading, GIL).
  • Minimum 4 Years Experience: Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.
Preferred Skills:
  • Cloud-Native Development: Experience in cloud-native development (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • API Integration: Familiarity with microservices and API integration for AI solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of theoretical and practical knowledge.
