Designation: Software Sales Associate -Trainee Global

Location: Mohali

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven college graduates to join our dynamic software sales team as Global Software Sales Trainee. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by converting leads into sales for our innovative software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your sales career, gaining hands-on experience with the latest technologies in a fast-paced environment. As a Software Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for:

• Converting provided leads into sales to meet targets and boost revenue.

• Researching the market to understand customer needs and industry trends, helping us position our software effectively.

• Giving persuasive sales presentations and demos to showcase the benefits of our software.

• Working closely with the sales team and other departments to create tailored proposals for clients.

• Keeping detailed records of sales activities and managing customer relationships using CRM software.

• Negotiating and closing sales deals while meeting pricing guidelines and sales targets.

• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our software's value.

• Attending sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to improve your sales skills and stay informed about the market.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs.

• Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

• Excited about technology and eager to learn about software solutions.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software (good to have).

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
