Business Development Manager - Offline Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our offline sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business in the offline segment.
  • Identify and onboard new partners, including travel agencies, education consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Customer & Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships to enhance revenue streams.

Sales Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring:

  • Guide and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor key sales metrics.
  • Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for team development.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' offerings in the forex market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure competitive pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial services, travel, or forex industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of forex markets and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
