Business Development Manager - Offline Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our offline sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business in the offline segment.
- Identify and onboard new partners, including travel agencies, education consultants, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Customer & Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate and finalize partnerships to enhance revenue streams.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring:
- Guide and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor key sales metrics.
- Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for team development.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors' offerings in the forex market.
- Stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial services, travel, or forex industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of forex markets and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
