About the Role

We're looking for an E-commerce Performance Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our growth engine, you'll be responsible for driving sustainable growth through effective online advertising strategies.

You'll manage and optimize e-commerce campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on funnels that convert. Your expertise will help us reach new customers, increase sales, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven PPC strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, AOV, LTV) and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize ROI
Requirements:
  • Proven experience running profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google & Meta
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing fundamentals: PPC, bidding models, conversion optimization
  • Independent, data-driven decision-maker who can balance flexibility with accountability
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus
