Job Description

As a skilled digital advertising specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various Google Ads platforms. You will collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver high returns on investment (ROI) and align with client objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and target audiences.
  2. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
  3. Optimize campaigns daily to drive revenue growth and profitability, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics tools.
  4. Design and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
  5. Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to guarantee campaign profitability.
  6. Create detailed reports and insights for clients, highlighting successes, learnings, and action plans.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features to maintain expertise.
  8. Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to synchronize on funnels, tracking, and testing.
  9. Troubleshoot tracking issues with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 2–4 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
