We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Professional to join our organization. This role involves on-site equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and test equipment at client locations
  • Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues in the field
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records
  • Train clients on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least one year of hands-on experience in field service or technical support
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license
