Infrastructure Technical Support Professional

This role involves providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. This includes hardware/software support, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze legacy data to assess structure, quality, and migration readiness.
  • Cleanse, transform, and standardize data for target system compatibility.
  • Create and manage source-to-target data mappings.
  • Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness using tools and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity through governance and compliance practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, including scripting and vendor coordination.
Key Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex data challenges.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Lists, and MS Forms.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in managing tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 is required.

Education:

15 years full-time education is required.
