Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, as well as configured services running on various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data for successful migration and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure seamless communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain clear documentation of migration processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor progress and share timely updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate data accuracy and integrity throughout migration to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide technical support during and post-migration to ensure a seamless experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 with a strong focus on infrastructure management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure seamless communication.
  • Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficient with migration tools, scripting languages, and databases to analyze and implement effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies to ensure successful migration outcomes.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and migration requirements to maintain high-quality outcomes.
