About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Center Manager. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who can provide leadership and guidance to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize key partnerships to drive quality mobilization efforts.
  • Supervise enrollment processes to ensure high-quality outcomes in terms of numbers and quality.
  • Develop and implement training programs to achieve concrete outcomes and adhere to established processes.
  • Monitor student participation in placement activities and organize drives at the center.
  • Manage the student journey, including batch progression and outcome monitoring.
  • Provide placement support and assist with reporting and documentation.
  • Cultivate a positive culture and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Lead people management and financial management initiatives while ensuring compliance and administration tasks are completed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in donor-funded skilling operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and perseverance.
  • Able to counsel students.
  • Inclined towards society and working with marginalized communities.
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an advantage.
