
Medical Device Sales Director

Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac rhythm devices.
- This role requires excellent leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Supervise and analyze team performance, implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to train and promote products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Maintain a motivated team through transparency, coaching, and feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns and inputs in a timely manner.
- Closely coordinate with business partners on sales growth, forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory effectively to minimize expiries and improve stock forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in medical device sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac rhythm devices.
- 5+ years of experience in team management.
- Established relationships with cardiologists.
