Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac rhythm devices.
  • This role requires excellent leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  2. Supervise and analyze team performance, implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  4. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  5. Develop in-depth product knowledge to train and promote products through presentations and demonstrations.
  6. Maintain a motivated team through transparency, coaching, and feedback.
  7. Resolve customer concerns and inputs in a timely manner.
  8. Closely coordinate with business partners on sales growth, forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
  9. Manage inventory effectively to minimize expiries and improve stock forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in medical device sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in interventional cardiology or cardiac rhythm devices.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management.
  • Established relationships with cardiologists.
