Expert Medical Device Trainer

This is a challenging role that allows you to share your clinical expertise and technical knowledge with healthcare professionals who use medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of medical devices and software applications.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, provide device demonstrations, and create user guides and presentations to support learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address clinical issues, gather feedback, and develop solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest medical trends, protocols, and advancements in relevant fields.
  • Assist in pre-sales and post-sales support by showcasing product benefits and resolving clinical queries.
  • Offer on-site or remote troubleshooting support during device operation in clinical environments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align clinical application strategies with business objectives.
  • Participate in product launches, conferences, and workshops to represent the clinical application perspective.
  • Develop reports on customer feedback, clinical application challenges, and training outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a clinical setting or similar role involving medical device training and application.
  • Experience in ICU, OR, or other specialized medical fields is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical devices such as ventilators, monitoring systems, infusion pumps, or diagnostic tools.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare IT systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building abilities.
