IAM Workforce Team Lead

The role of IAM Workforce Lead involves spearheading a team to develop and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using Java, Python, and .Net.
This position requires driving automation efforts with scripting tools such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash, as well as developing and enforcing modern security protocols focusing on Zero Trust and defense in depth principles.
- Developing and implementing secure Identity and Access Management solutions
- Leading a team to drive automation efforts with scripting tools
- Driving the adoption of modern security protocols
- Reviewing and providing feedback on IAM security solutions
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong background in Information Security, with at least 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead in IAM. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is also required.

- 10+ years of experience in Information Security with at least 5 years as a Tech Lead in IAM
- Strong experience in IAM solutions, cloud security, scripting, and microservices
- Certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, or Cloud Security certifications (Azure, AWS) preferred
