We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Technical Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft Windows and Office 365.

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Microsoft Windows & O365 issues.
  • Offer fast, clear, and effective solutions through chat support.
  • Create a positive experience by demonstrating empathy and patience while troubleshooting.
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring 100% work from office. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in technical support via chat in a Business-to-Customer environment.

  • Prior experience in technical support via chat in Business to Customer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Degree Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows & O365 queries
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or M365 Fundamentals are a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

A typing speed of 35 WPM or higher is required for this role.
