Job Title: Senior Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled security professional to oversee the administration of our security operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing security personnel, conducting thorough patrols, and ensuring effective incident response.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing strategic guidance on security matters, developing and implementing security protocols, and fostering strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies.

• Manage and coordinate security personnel, including deployment and supervision
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets
• Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to incidents
• Foster strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing
• Provide strategic guidance on security matters, including risk assessment and mitigation

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as security management or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven expertise in security protocols, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
