Job Title Publishing Manager Company Srinivas Fine Arts Private Limited Location Chennai Job Type Full-Time Gender - Male or Female Age between 30 to 37 About Us Srinivas Fine Arts Private Limited is a leader in Printing and Book technology known for our innovative and high-quality products We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity and design delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and customers Nightingale is an award-winning premium paper stationery brand focusing on exceptional international quality standards It targets formal office-going professionals business owners trendy college students school students and their parents Vedic Cosmos is a spiritual publishing brand focusing on ultra-premium art edition books of Vedic scriptures The brand targets an adult audience who appreciates gifting meaningful and special items during important occasions primarily HNIs and NRIs The brand also plans to target parents with future children s books We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publishing Manager to oversee the publication processes of our diverse range of books The ideal candidate will have a strong background in publishing exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team and ensure that all publications meet our high standards of quality and are delivered on time Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee the entire publishing process from manuscript submission to final publication ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of editors designers and other publishing staff providing guidance and support to achieve project goals Editorial Oversight Ensure the editorial quality of all publications including proofreading copy-editing and fact-checking Collaboration Work closely with translators proof readers freelance contributors and other stakeholders to develop and produce high-quality content Market Research Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the publishing industry Reporting Provide regular reports on project status and other key metrics to senior management Qualifications Experience Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a publishing role with at least 2 - 3 years in a managerial position Education Bachelors degree in Publishing Journalism English or a related field Portfolio A Strong understanding of the publishing industry including print and digital formats Creativity Exceptional editorial skills with a keen eye for detail Communication Effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and project management skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in relevant software and publishing tools Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinker who can innovate and adapt to changing market conditions Passion for literature and a deep understanding of the publishing landscape CTC Maximum up to 10 L Language English Tamil
