Content Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the publication process from manuscript submission to final publication, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

This senior role will lead a team of editors, designers, and other publishing staff, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

• Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of the publishing process to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of content creators, ensuring their skills and abilities align with project objectives.
• Editorial Oversight: Ensure the editorial quality of all publications, including proofreading, copy-editing, and fact-checking.
• Collaboration: Work closely with translators, proof readers, freelance contributors, and other stakeholders to develop and produce high-quality content.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the publishing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the publishing industry, including print and digital formats, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.
