Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our technical team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth resolution of incidents that require in-depth analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain high availability and performance of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Document solutions and knowledge articles.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
- Assist in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and software.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic Knowledge of firewall, networking and server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
