Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our technical team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth resolution of incidents that require in-depth analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain high availability and performance of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
  • Document solutions and knowledge articles.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  • Assist in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and software.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Basic Knowledge of firewall, networking and server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
