Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to handle key accounts, achieving targets, and developing new business opportunities while retaining existing customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a team of sales engineers, monitoring sales performance, and administering client accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Represent the product to clients and support marketing efforts by attending industry events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how products meet client needs.

Main Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably with bearings and channel partners.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements and ability to interpret them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
