About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and drive impactful solutions using scientific thinking.

As a Data Scientist, you will investigate the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to solve complex business challenges.

You will independently design and develop new algorithms for well-defined retail problems and optimize existing algorithms for better performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and drive process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, machine learning, programming languages such as Python, and large-scale data processing frameworks.

You will have exposure to cloud platforms and an opportunity to work on impactful projects in the retail analytics domain.

  • Retail Experience & Business Acumen: At least one retail project experience.
  • Machine Learning: End-to-end development of at least one ML model independently.
  • Programming & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python (PySpark is a plus).
  • Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
