Retail Operations Expert

Pursue a challenging opportunity to spearhead retail operations and drive business growth as a seasoned Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems, ensuring seamless integration with other modules.
- Customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs, collaborating closely with technical teams.
- Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases, including UAT, training, and go-live, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment, staying up-to-date on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail, with hands-on expertise in D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
- Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment, with Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules a plus.
