Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retail expert to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant.

This exciting opportunity will involve collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge retail solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading functional workshops, configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules, and providing end-to-end support during implementation phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.
  • Configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Providing end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
