In this pivotal role, you will lead and scale the Toys category by driving brand growth through assortment expansion, optimizing underperforming SKUs, iterating packaging, content, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard leading global brands and launch them across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.
- Manage the end-to-end brand lifecycle for international markets to drive scalability and profitability.
- Curate a portfolio of exclusive Toys brands to optimize revenue streams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance omnichannel presence and drive GMV contribution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of work experience in category management, including 4+ years in offline retail and eCommerce and at least 2+ years in the Toys category.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks within the Toys industry.
- Expertise in category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
- Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
- Proven record of collaboration across functions to drive business outcomes.
