Platform Success Professional

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to fill the role of Platform Success Professional. This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and activity providers across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Development: Establish and maintain effective relationships with schools and activity providers.
  • School Onboarding: Collaborate with schools to onboard them onto our platform, providing clear information about how it works and gathering accurate details about their classes.
  • Class Verification: Verify class schedules, fees, and other essential details through phone and WhatsApp interactions.
  • Parent Outreach: Engage with parents who have submitted inquiries, soliciting feedback on their experience and offering support as needed.
  • Reporting: Maintain comprehensive reports of outreach efforts and feedback received.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and confident in interactions over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to follow established processes, use templates, and update records effectively.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, or school communication roles.
  • Education: Graduate (any stream), or currently pursuing studies and available part-time.
  • Play School Background: Candidates with an educational background (play school experience) will be given preference.
