Job Opportunity:

  • The SAP EHS Specialist will oversee the implementation and rollout of the SAP EHS solution in a Long Segment using a structured approach, combining project management techniques with technical expertise.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring the success of transformation projects, encompassing initial demand gathering, requirements documentation, proposals, blueprint development, realization, cutover planning, training, go-live phases, and closure procedures.
  • The SAP EHS Specialist will contribute to the EHS Domain strategy and participate in long-term planning, including architecture concepts and assessing alignment with current strategies.
  • This role also involves managing aspects of ongoing operations, contributing to incident management, and progressive maintenance activities within the domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of general industry sectors, particularly steel markets, products, and production processes is beneficial
  • SAP customization skills in the EHS module are required
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming is advantageous, as it enables resolving issues and debugging
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes related to Health and Safety activities is essential; experience in Business Process Modeling is highly valued
