Senior Manager – HRIS Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead the implementation of Workday Solutions and oversee governance, compliance, and system integrity.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in architectural design, governance, and system integrity. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our organization's HRIS strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design
  • Design and implement scalable Workday tenant configurations aligned with business needs.
  • Develop future-proof solutions across Workday modules.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
  • Manage security design and access controls to meet compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation.
  • System Integrity & Change Management
  • Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.

Requirements:

A strong background in Workday Solutions and experience in leading architectural design, governance, and system integrity are essential. We are looking for a motivated individual who can drive results-oriented projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
