We are seeking a seasoned Business Project Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation team in Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, and a strong background in project management.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Draft and manage project budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver regular progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.

 

Requirements
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience, including significant experience with ERP systems and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
