Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, New Delhi (Hybrid Model).

Experience : 8 to 12 Years.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have successfully led or supported at least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and possess a strong understanding of supply chain management processes across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the functional expert for SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, APO, IBP as applicable) in an S/4HANA environment.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.

- Design and implement scalable and sustainable SCM processes on SAP S/4HANA.

- Perform system configuration, testing, documentation, and training.

- Work closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) and integration teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.

- Provide support during cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

- Handle change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution post-implementation.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project methodologies Skills & Experience :

- 812 years of SAP SCM functional experience with strong knowledge of S/4HANA.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (mandatory).

- Expertise in one or more SCM modules : MM / PP / SD / EWM / WM / IBP / APO.

- Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, TM, etc.)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in hybrid delivery models and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
