Packing and Dispatch Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate packing and dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack all orders according to specifications using high-quality packaging materials and adhere to strict quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched items update inventory levels and ensure stock availability for timely dispatch.
  • Prepare necessary packing and shipping documents including invoices delivery notes and shipping labels.
  • Utilize ERP software for tracking dispatches updating inventory and generating reports.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all items are packed securely and correctly before dispatch.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in packing and dispatch.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office is required.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks related to packing and lifting as required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
  • Communication: Good communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with different teams.
