Network Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team, working remotely with a global leader in telecommunications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, delivering exceptional service to clients worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide field teams on trouble isolation and hardware replacement, promoting efficient solutions.
  • Document internal processes and mentor junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation, maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 troubleshooting and telephony support.
  • Familiarity with call processing and translations, as well as central office procedures.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience), with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
