A skilled professional is required to analyze various aspects of our system and provide high-quality documentation and reports.

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing documents and reports as needed, documenting client requirements, identifying gaps between user needs and system features, testing and checking functional aspects of our modules and producing desired outcomes.

The successful candidate will contribute to training internal and external users on our system and related modules, create software-related documents such as feature documents, help documents, FAQs and workflow documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and prepare documents and reports as needed
  • Document client requirements and identify gaps between user needs and system features
  • Test and check functional aspects of our modules and produce desired outcomes
  • Contribute to training internal and external users on our system and related modules
  • Create software-related documents such as feature documents, help documents, FAQs and workflow documents

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend vessels for implementation, issue fixing and training purposes
  • Assist vessels in data collection and update of our system data onboard
  • Train shipboard personnel on use of our system and other modules
  • Provide support to vessels/remote offices for our system and related modules
Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • 3rd/4th engineer or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Shore experience in shipping management company as PMS coordinator/controller with naval architecture and marine engineering background
  • Strong organizational skills covering project management and cost analysis
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent typing and analyzing skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
